1. Definitions
    1. “Trucks4Hire” shall mean Trucks4Hire Limited or any agents or employees thereof.
    2. “Member” shall mean the company or individual promoting their business through Trucks4Hire for the purpose of selling their services
  2. Ownership
    1. The trading name “Trucks4Hire” is the sole ownership of Trucks4Hire Limited and may not be used in any advertising or promotion without the written consent of Trucks4Hire Limited
  3. Collection of information
    1. The “Member” authorises “Trucks4Hire” to retain their information for the purpose of assessing their credit worthiness.
    2. The “Member” authorises any such information to be disclosed to any person for the purpose of promoting “Trucks4Hire”.
  4. No Responsibility
    1. “Trucks4Hire” takes no responsibility for any non payment between any party introduced to a member through “Trucks4Hire”
  5. Termination of membership
    1. “Trucks4Hire” reserves the right to terminate any membership in the event:
      1. Non payment of membership on date that such payment fall due.
      2. The “Member” has acted in a non professional manner in relation to services obtained through “Trucks4Hire”
      3. The “Member” fails to maintain and update their Truck management in relation to trucks available for hire on “Trucks4Hire”.
      4. The “ Member” is considered to be unfit to represent “Trucks4Hire” and its members.
